A convoy of stretch hummers, navy extreme boats, Mini Coopers and Harley Davidsons met SCE staff from the Australian & New Zealand offices at their Sydney head office to take them to an unknown location. When they arrived via spectacular convoy at Q Station, located on Manly North Head, it became apparent that this was not going to be a standard conference.

What followed was 48 hours of action packed activities all themed around key game titles allowing staff to "live and experience" the games. Staff enjoyed a Greek themed dinner with Greek dancing and frenzied plate smashing; a guided ghost tour of the historical "Quarantine Station"; an Amazing Race team activity around the grounds of North Head and across the Harbour to Shark Island via jet boats; a choice of action and adrenalin activities with surfing lessons, kayaking, parasailing or relaxation by the harbour with a massage; all topped off with a SingStar themed dinner with surprise guest performances and staff "duets" with former Idols Paulini Curuenavuli and Shannon Noll.

Cowbell Entertainment managed the event; from developing the creative event concept through to implementation, including sourcing and negotiating venues and accommodation, food and beverage, theming, entertainment, logistics, transportation and managing the budget.
